Established in 1972, HK Savings Bank is one of the oldest mutual savings banks and the second largest in Korea, with over W2.0 trillion in assets. HK Bank’s business lines include corporate lending, project financing, mortgage loans and consumer loans. The Bank’s “119 Money” product has one of the leading market shares in the consumer loan market. The Company was sold to Acuon Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of J.C. Flowers in July 2016.
