GSEI engages in the operations and maintenance of water, waste water and solid waste treatment plants in China. The Company is one of the top integrated environmental protection companies in China. The Company has thirteen plants under operations, with total water and waste water treatment capacity of 1.69 million tons/day and solid waste treatment capacity of 2,540 tons/day. The Company was sold to Beijing Enterprise Holdings Limited, a leading state-owned environmental protection services provider in China, in December 2014.
